What: A drag race on a longer, 24 foot incline track with Zucchini vehicles

How: First Zucchini to the bottom wins

Why: Just Because

***** Due to the popularity of our first Zucchini Drag Races at the Fair, now it is time to get serious with the rules.

Criteria

· Two weight classes – up to 2 lbs, 2 lb and over.

· Class entry fee of only $1.00 per vehicle.

· Prizes for each class – 1^st - $10.00, 2^nd - $6.00 and 3^rd - $3.00

· All vehicles must comply with weight class including wheels, axles, etc.

· Vehicle must be un-motorized, no pre-fab chassis.

· Vehicle width, including wheels, must not exceed 8 inches approx.

· Cheater Chassis (i.e. chassis of a tonka toy with a zucchini sitting on top, etc.) are of a separate class, to be run after the complete home made chassis classes are done.

· Prizes for this class are 1st - $3.00, 2^nd - $2.00 and 3^rd $1.00
